The Referral Process

1)  Fill Out Broker to Broker Referral Form

2) Referring Principal/Managing Broker reviews referral form

3) After all signatures have been captured, referring agent sends executed copy to receiving agent and receiving managing broker

4) After client closes on transaction, check is mailed to referring brokerage and deposited.

5) Once check has cleared, referring agent is issued a commission check minus errors and omission fee (1% of commission check) and agreed commission split.
